Mother, mentor, student, proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and educator of Yoga and Meditation, Bec is known for her down-to-earth, calm nature and is respected and loved for delivering yoga classes that are spacious, deep, inclusive and introspective. She shares Yoga through the lens of Classical Yoga Philosophy, Tantra, subtle anatomy, Remedial Yoga and functional anatomy. Her blended but intentional teaching style has been influenced by her University Education in Kinesiology, Biology and Psychology, ten years working full time in the Yoga industry, a personal journey with injury, chronic pain, disease and grief, and thousands of hours of dedicated practice and study with highly respected teachers within the Yoga Tradition. 

Bec recognises her privilege when it comes to teaching Yoga and always strives to share what she has learned and experienced with humility. She is skillful in delivering complex concepts in simple, digestible and interesting ways. She honours the unbroken chain of knowledge and wisdom that exists within the Yoga tradition and equally encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and self-trust when exploring yogic concepts, practices and philosophies. Bec currently on maternity leave but is teaching some pop up class covers and workshops. Otherwise she offers classes, courses, and private mentorship online and teaches workshops both in Australia and internationally.
