Here you will find short but progressive meditations that are suitable for anyone to practice any time of the day. You can access the meditations via AUDIO only (downloadable) or by VIDEO.
These meditations are designed to be progressive. You could practice them as a ~ 40 sādhana, by doing each recording daily for 1 week before moving onto the next.
Or you could practice 5 consecutive days in a row any time you need a little reset/reminder to come back to yourself.
