Integrating Yoga - A Weekend Immersion on the Mornington Peninsula

Join me for a weekend immersion exploring the Integration of Yoga through the alchemy of practice, discussion, connection & philosophy.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Spacious complete Tantric Hatha Yoga Practices inclusive of āsana, prānāyāma, mantra & meditation
- Lecture and group discussion using some of Patañjalis key Yoga Sutras and Tantra as a framework to support you to integrate yoga into your day to day experiences, life demands & household living
- Connection with other like-minded practitioners
- Time to explore surrounding beaches, bush tracks, local cafes/restaurants and all of the other beautiful things the Mornington peninsula has to offer
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- BYO mat and props
- 15 hours of Continuing Education available for Registered Yoga Alliance teachers (RYT’s)
- Chai will be available on site
- Note this is a NON-RESIDENTIAL IMMERSION. You are responsible for organising your own accomodation
March is a such a beautiful time on the Mornington Peninsula. The weather is generally stunning. The Shala is on a property with beautiful gardens, gum trees and an ocean view. It is our home away from home and is the birth place of our two sons. There are plenty of beautiful bush walks and nearby beaches to explore as well as cute local cafes and shops. You’ll need a car to access and explore all of this but we will point you in the right direction for your time here.
Sample Schedule:
9-10:30am Tantric Hatha Yoga Practice
10:30-11am reflection, journaling, rest, break
11-12:30pm Chanting/lecture/discussion
12:30-2pm break for lunch
2-4pm Chanting/lecture/discussion/journaling/reflection
Location:
The Paringa Shala is located on a PRIVATE residence in Red Hill South, approximately 1h 15m from Melbourne.
The best way to access Red Hill South is by car.
The later start time and 4pm finish time gives you adequate time to travel to and from the city or greater Melbourne.
There is no direct train line to Red Hill South but there is a train to Frankston, from there Red Hill South is 35m drive (approx $60-80 Uber one way - which could be shared with other participants!)
There are nearby accommodation options available on air b and b, and there is camping at Point Leo and Balnarring Beach. Why not make it a holiday!

Full payment of the weekend immersion is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation before Feb 14, 2026 - 100% refund minus $50 admin fee
Cancellation between Feb 15 & March 1, 2026 - %50 refund minus $50 admin fee
Cancellation after March 1, 2026 - I understand things can change, however spots for the immersion are limited and so by cancelleing after March 1, 2026 you agree to forfeiting all money rendered. If your spot is filled by another participant, a refund of %50 will be granted, minus a $100 admin fee. Thank you for your understanding.
